Dribble
You can find designers on the Hire Designers page.

Why it’s good?
- You can sort leads by years of experience, keywords, and salary range
- You can evaluate their work right away
- You can post a job here (starting at $249/month)
Why it’s not?
- Dribble is great for filling UI/Visual Design/Illustrator roles. You can rarely see in-depth product cases on this platform
- Lots of amazing designers don’t have dribble profiles, or their profiles are outdated
- You won’t be able to see their current companies, how long they’ve been working here
- There are lots of freelance and agency designers here - and they are only considering part-time or contract jobs
To sum up: Dribble can be great as an additional source of talent, though it will take much longer to sort out irrelevant profiles here.
